🚀 How to request a refund?

1. You have 14 days from the moment you receive the product to request a return.

2. You just have to access our returns portal (link at the end) to start the process. Hassle-free! 🎉

3. Important: The product must be no signs of use and keep its original packaging. If it is used or damaged, we may not accept the return. 📦

💸 How much does the return cost?

It will depend on your location. Here are the costs:

• Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 3,99€.

• Canary Islands: 22,99€.

• European Union (excluding Spain and Portugal): 5,99€.

• United Kingdom: €22.99 (due to customs costs).

💡 Remember: you will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the product does not meet the indicated conditions. We will provide you with a return label so that you can easily take the product to a carrier collection point. 📮

⛔ Important exclusions:

• Pre-orders: These cannot be cancelled or returned as they are made on demand just for you. They are exclusive products! 🎯

• Socks: For hygiene reasons, the socks are not eligible for return, even if they have not been opened.

1. Make sure the product does not have signs of use and that retains its original packaging.

2. We could ask you for a product photo before proceeding. 📸

3. Send the product to our address (which we will provide you) and do not forget to send us the tracking number from the package. 🚚

• Shipping costs: We do not refund initial shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
