1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within a certain timeframe. 24 to 72 hours business days after payment confirmation.

2. Tariffs, taxes and customs procedures
Elitex Training makes international shipments under the following conditions DAP/DDU (Delivered At Place/Duty Unpaid) according to the Incoterms® 2020.

4. Pre-order orders
Orders identified as “PREORDER” or “PRESALE” will be sent in the estimated date indicated on the product page.

6.Delays or incidents in delivery
Elitex Training is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as:

Customs delays, strikes, weather phenomena or errors in the address provided.

Periods of high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, sales).
No refunds will be issued for deliveries outside the estimated timeframe, except in cases of loss confirmed by the carrier.
7. Returns of undelivered shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to the warehouse due to reasons attributable to the customer, the corresponding refund policy will be applied according to our Refund Conditionsexcluding management and return expenses.
