These Terms govern the use of the site elitextraining.eu (the “Site”) and the purchase of products offered by ELITEX ECOMMERCE, S.L. (“Elitex Training", "us").
By using the Site or making a purchase, the user expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through elitextraining.eu.
Certain provisions apply exclusively to consumers (natural persons acting outside their business or professional activity), in accordance with Spanish and European legislation.
3. User account
You can purchase as a guest or by creating an account.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity conducted under them.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or misuse.
4. Product and price information
Prices, descriptions, and product availability are displayed as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product.
Prices may change at any time before confirming the order.
Prices include VAT in orders shipped to Peninsular Spain and EU countriesunless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are shown before you finalize your purchase.
Prices do not include possible taxes, tariffs or customs duties outside the European Union or in special territories (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, etc.).
Cabin compatibility: When a backpack or bag is described as "cabin baggage compliant," this refers to its dimensions. It does not guarantee free transport, as baggage policies vary by airline and ticket.
5. Taxes, tariffs and customs management

Shipments to Peninsular Spain and the EUPrices include VAT.

Shipments to special territories or outside the EU: the prices do not include local taxes, fees or tariffs.

Delivery terms (Incoterms)
International shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) either DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) according to the Incoterms® 2020.
This means that Elitex Training covers transportation to the destination country, but Taxes, duties, fees and customs expenses at the destination are the responsibility of the customer. -
Customer responsibility
The buyer must:-
Pay the import duties, local VAT/GST, fees or surcharges required by customs.

Assume the carrier's administrative expenses (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Post Office, etc.).

Facilitate the documents or tax identifiers (e.g. NIF, EORI, CPF, RFC, ID) required by customs.

Delays and customs control
Customs inspections or procedures can cause delays unrelated to Elitex Training, which They do not give the right to a refund or cancellation.. -
Rejection or abandonment of the shipment
If the customer does not pay the duties, does not cooperate with the shipment, or refuses the order, the package may:-

Be destroyed or abandoned through customs, with no possibility of a refund.

Customs declarations
Elitex Training declares the products with its actual market value, tariff code (HS Code) and country of origin, in accordance with the regulations.
Values are not modified, and shipments are not marked as "gifts". -
Destinations with customs clearance and local taxes
This policy applies to all destinations outside the EU:
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Turkey, Israel, United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Africa.
5.1. Invoicing to companies and intra-community VAT
Purchases made directly through elitextraining.eu they are processed as B2C sales (to end consumer)in accordance with European tax regulations, therefore VAT is always applied and cannot be deducted or eliminated even if the buyer has a VAT number intracomunitario.Para operations B2B (business-to-business) Exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC, Elitex Training has specific channels:Sales made through the website elitextraining.eu They cannot be subsequently modified nor give rise to VAT refunds, as they have been declared and settled as domestic transactions in the country of origin.

6. Purchase process

The user selects the products and reviews their cart.

Enter your shipping and payment information.

Confirm the order.

Receive an email from confirmation, which constitutes the acceptance and formalization of the contract.
Elitex Training may reject orders for reasonable causes (fraud, lack of stock, incorrect data, etc.).
7. Payment methods
The available methods are shown during the purchase process.
Payment is processed through secure platforms from third parties; Elitex Training does not store complete card data.
If the payment is rejected or not completed, the order will not be processed.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the destinations indicated on the Site.
The delivery time is shown during the purchase; it may vary due to holidays, logistical issues or customs controls.
After receiving the order, the customer must review the package and report any incidents in a reasonable time.
If the customer does not collect the shipment or refuses it without justified cause, the return or second shipment costs will be borne by the customer.
The risk associated with the products is transferred to the customer at the time of the physical delivery.
9. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers only)
The consumer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to withdraw without needing to provide justification.
You must report it to soporte@elitextraining.es or by using the form at the end.
Products must be returned in perfect condition and, whenever reasonable, in their original packaging.
The refund will include the cost of the product and standard shipping, not express or premium shipping services.
The return costs These costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of error or defect attributable to Elitex Training.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, products unsealed for hygiene reasons, or products that may deteriorate quickly.
10. Returns due to defect or error
If the product arrives defective or if you receive the wrong item, Elitex Training will assume the return or replacement costs.
You must communicate it in a reasonable time after delivery, attaching photos and description.
11. Legal guarantee
The products have a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery, in accordance with European legislation.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
12. Coupons and promotions

Coupons and discounts cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

They are valid during the indicated period or until stocks run out.

It can only be used one coupon per orderunless otherwise indicated.

Fraudulent use authorizes cancellation of the order or coupon.
13. Acceptable Use of the Site
The user agrees not to use the Site for illegal, defamatory activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties.
Elitex Training may suspend accounts or block access in case of misuse or suspected fraud.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, designs, images, logos, videos, trademarks, etc.) is the property of Elitex Training or its licensors.
Its reproduction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited without express authorization.
15. Limitation of liability
Elitex Training will not be responsible for:

Delays or non-compliance due to force majeure or external causes (strikes, logistical incidents, customs controls, etc.).

Minimal differences between the visual presentation and the actual product.

Indirect losses or damages resulting from improper use of the product.
None of the above limits consumer rights or excludes our liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

17. Privacy and cookies

The use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy.
18. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time.
Substantial changes will be communicated visibly or during the purchase process.
Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the new Terms.
19. Assignment
We may assign or subcontract rights and obligations arising from the contract, guaranteeing the rights of the consumer.
The customer may not transfer their rights without prior consent.
20. Partial nullity
If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, the rest will remain in force.
The affected clause will be replaced by another valid clause with equivalent effect.
21. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the Spanish law.
Conflicts with consumers will be subjected to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
In all other cases, to the courts of Cadiz (Spain).
