You may cancel your order when it has not been processed, to qualify for a full refund. For them you must contact and you will be informed if it is possible to cancel and fully refund your money to your payment method. Order abandoned and returned

If the order is not received due to customer incident, it is not available for delivery in agreement with the carrier and the shipment is not received within the stipulated deadlines, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. In this case we will refund the order, charging a fee of 7.99 euros for return shipping and warehouse management costs.

14 Day Return Policy

You may exercise the right to return an order and receive the amount of the product and opt for a refund within 14 days after receipt of the product, provided that such request is submitted to us by email. The buyer will be responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to the warehouse of origin as long as the product has not been unsealed and the product box with the sticker or protective film has not been opened.

The product(s) must be pre-packaged and unopened in the same condition in which they were delivered. Before proceeding with the return, you may be required to provide an image of the products.
The product(s) must be returned to our address specified below, within 14 days after we recognize your request, and send us the shipping tracking number, without this we will not be able to validate the return.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect the goods. Once approved and the good passes the inspection phase, then your full refund of your purchase at will be processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item received was defective or wrong.
