Cancellations

You can cancel your order when it has not been processed, to be eligible for a full refund. For them, you must contact support@elitextraining.es and you will be informed if it is possible to proceed with the cancellation and the full refund of your money in your payment method. It is important that to request the cancellation of the order, the order number must be indicated in order to locate and carry out the management as soon as possible.

Abandoned and returned order

In case of not receiving the order due to an incident of the client, it is not available for delivery according to the carrier and the shipment is not received within the stipulated periods, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. In this case, we will refund the order by charging a fee of 7.99 euros for return shipping costs and warehouse management.

14 Day Return Policy

You can exercise the right to return an order and receive the amount of the product and opt for a refund within 14 days after receipt of the product, as long as said request is submitted to us by email. The buyer will be responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to the warehouse of origin as long as the product has not been unsealed and the product box with the sticker or protective film has not been opened.

You must comply with the following:

The / The products must be mentioned and unopened in the same state in which they were delivered to you. Before proceeding with the return, an image of the products may be required.
The / The products must be returned to our address specified below, within 14 days after we acknowledge your request, and send us the tracking number of the shipment, without this we will not be able to validate the return.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect the goods. Once approved and the good passes the inspection phase, then your full refund of your purchase on elitextraining.eu will be processed
