What is the difference between Summit and the 1 L bottle?
Summit has a 500 ml capacity and is the compact option. The 1 L bottle lets you carry more drinks. Both keep beverages cold for up to 24 hours; hot for up to 12 hours in Summit and up to 6 hours in the 1 L bottle.
Does it retain both cold and heat?
Yes. The 1 L bottle keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 6 hours. These are maximum durations: the drink’s initial temperature, the ambient temperature, and how often you open the lid all have an impact.
Does it have a handle for carrying it?
Yes. The 1 L bottle features a reinforced handle that makes it easy to carry by hand.
What should I do if no water comes out through the straw?
Ensure that the top valve is properly open before first use and after cleaning.

Très bonne qualité, je suis ravi pour ma fille de 10 ans qui va avec le sac, les stickers et la gourde à son école. Le sac fait des ravages auprès de ses amis de classe.
Tiene todo salvo el mecanismo de la pajita que se queda pillada y no deja sorber. Diseño ergonómico, la temperatura aguanta muchísimo y un diseño práctico y bonito.

La botella es preciosa pero la pajita se pinza y se aplasta y a penas sale agua x ella. La boca de la botella es pequeña y al no dejar entrar el aire tampoco puedes sorber demasiada agua. Aunque lo de la pajita es una putada grande porque la compré justamente x eso.
