We know that sometimes things don't go as expected... But that's okay! At Elitex Training, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a RETURN or EXCHANGE, we'll explain everything here. 👇
🚀 How do I request a refund or exchange?
1️⃣ Have 14 days from the moment you receive the product to request a return or exchange.
2️⃣ To manage it, contact us at soporte@elitextraining.es with the order number in it email title (Your order number begins with a #.) We'll send you a link to our returns portal to begin the process. 📩
3️⃣ Important: The product must be free of signs of use and in its original packaging. If it's used or damaged, we may not accept the return. 📦
💡 Would you prefer to exchange your product for another? No problem! You can exchange it for another item of greater or lesser value. If it's of greater value, you'll only have to pay the difference. If it's of lesser value, we'll refund the difference. 🔄💰
💸 Return/exchange costs:
Depending on your location, these are the associated costs:
🌍 Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 3.99€
🏝️ Canary Islands: 22.99€
🇪🇺 European Union (except Spain and Portugal): 5.99€
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: €22.99 (due to customs costs)
💡 Remember: If the product doesn't meet the specified conditions, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We'll provide you with a return label so you can drop it off at a carrier's collection point. 📮
⛔ Products that do not allow returns or exchanges:
🚀 Pre-orders: They cannot be cancelled or returned, as they are made on demand just for you.
🧦 Socks: For hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned even if unopened.
🔄 Steps to process the return or exchange:
1️⃣ Make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
2️⃣ We may ask you for a photo of the product before proceeding. 📸
3️⃣ Send it to the address we'll provide and don't forget to send us the tracking number. 🚚
🛠️ Inspection and Refund/Exchange:
✅ If everything is in perfect condition, we will carry out your full refund or we will process the requested change. 🎉
🚫 We do not refund initial shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
🔍 If the product is used or not in optimal condition, we may apply a repackaging or cleaning fee. 🧼
