Term

  • Have 14 calendar days from reception to request return or exchange.

How to apply

  • Write to us at soporte@elitextraining.es indicating in the affair you order number (format #12345).

  • We will send you the link to the returns portal and the instructions.

Conditions

  • Product unused, in perfect condition and with original packaging.

  • If it arrives used or damaged, we will be able to decline the refund or apply a refurbishment cost.

Changes

  • You can exchange it for another item.

  • Canary Islands: €22.99

  • European Union (except ES and PT): €5.99

  • United Kingdom: €22.99 (including customs handling)
