In general, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return or an exchange.
Christmas period exception
For orders placed between November 15th and December 31stThe return period is exceptionally extended until January 15inclusive.
Conditions
To accept a return or exchange, the product must be:

In perfect condition

With original packaging
If the product arrives used, damaged or showing signs of usewe will be able to refuse the return or apply a refurbishment cost.
Changes
You can exchange your product for another item.

If the new item has higher priceYou will need to pay the difference.

If you have lower priceThe difference will be refunded.

European Union (except ES and PT): €5.99

United Kingdom: €22.99 (includes customs handling)
If the product does not meet the conditionsShipping costs will be covered on behalf of the client.

Steps in the process

Check that the product meets the conditions.

In some cases, we may request previous photographs.

Send the package following the instructions on the portal.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund or the change corresponding.
No refunds initial shipping cost, except in the case of defective or incorrect product.
