Returns and Warranty

We apply current regulations, all our products have a 36-month warranty.

Payments

If you wish to cancel the order, you must notify us as quickly as possible by email so that we can modify/cancel it.

If after receiving it you want to change it or return it, you have 14 days after receipt.

Orders

Once you place your order, we will process it within 24 hours and put it in the hands of the carrier that delivers it to you. We have several shipping methods, you can select the most convenient from the checkout.

Yes, we ship to the peninsula, islands and autonomous cities. Whenever the shipment is outside the peninsula, do not forget to add your ID number in the order so that there is no problem at the time of customs clearance and the package is returned.

Once you place the order we send you an email and/or SMS if you have entered your number and/or email with the order confirmation.

Once the carrier has your shipment, you will receive another email with the information so you can know where it is.
